The CentriFeeder line of feeders provides accurate, real-time flow measurement, as well as near perfect control of flow rate and total. For blending applications, control the flow rate of an individual ingredient, or combine several CentriFeeder units for near perfect recipe control. The CentriFeeder ICV can be installed beneath any bin, hopper or silo in order to control the granular product as it is discharged. The control of the product can be achieved as either a flow control or as a batch control of the total amount of product that is discharged. The CentriFeeder ICV works by first accurately measuring the product as it passes through the feed device. This flow signal is then used to modulate the integrated ICV or control valve on the CentriFeeder ICV. The result is both a controlled flow based on flow rate and/or total.
CENTRIFEEDER ICV: BLENDING AND FLOW CONTROL
The CentriFeeder ICV is a high speed weigh feeder which modulates an integrated control valve (slide gate) based on the flow rate of material passing through the feeder. In this way, the feeder is able to control the flow rate of material constantly and continuously until either a totalization set point is reached, or you run out of product.
